Hi, I’m Jennifer.
HR leader. Culture strategist. Technologist. U.S. Army veteran. Founder of Axis Advisory Co. Creator of the CAL Framework and the AXIS System™. Builder of things that keep humans in the loop.
I didn’t come to AI through the technology. I came to it through the people and the problems.
I did not come to artificial intelligence through a computer science degree or an engineering background. I came to it because I have always been drawn to solving problems — and AI became the most powerful problem-solving tool I had ever encountered. Once I saw what it could do in the hands of someone who understood the organizational context, there was no going back.
Nearly two decades. Multiple industries. Enterprise talent strategy, global learning infrastructure, leadership development through M&A, culture and workforce transformation at the executive level. Multi-million dollar budgets. Programs built in the real world — not just in slide decks — that scaled to thousands of employees and showed up on the bottom line.
When AI-powered coaching lifted manager confidence by 41% inside a large enterprise I supported, I didn’t see a platform — I saw what governance, intentionality, and proper implementation could unlock. When organizations without that structure struggled, I recognized the gap. And I built Axis Advisory Co. to close it.
The AXIS System™ is the methodology I developed to put that belief into practice. It gives organizations a structured, testable, governable path through AI adoption — from initial assessment through measurable outcomes. Every tool in The AXIS Lab was built on it.
My background in psychology isn’t incidental — it’s foundational to how I think about organizational change, human behavior, and why people and organizations resist what they most need. That lens shapes everything.

Not in slide decks. In real organizations, under real pressure, with real accountability.
What I believe about AI adoption
Every AI initiative should be anchored to a specific outcome — not a trend, not a vendor pitch, and not curiosity alone. What are we solving? For whom? How will we know it worked? If you can’t answer those questions before deployment, you’re not ready.
The organizations that win with AI are the ones that simulate, evaluate, and stress-test before going live. The AXIS System™ exists because intelligent simulation is the difference between a successful deployment and a governance crisis.
Accountability isn’t optional. When AI touches people’s careers, compensation, or livelihoods, organizations need governance frameworks that hold up to scrutiny — from boards, from regulators, from employees, and from customers. Build those foundations before you need them.
The frameworks that get used are the ones people can actually understand and implement. I build practical, deployable tools — not academic models that sit in a drawer. Talking about AI creates zero value. Deploying it thoughtfully creates compounding returns.
Education & Certifications
Before HR, I served. I began my professional life as a U.S. Army Surgical Technologist — a foundation that instilled precision, performance under pressure, and human-centered care that characterizes everything I’ve done since. That background isn’t separate from this work. It’s the root of it.
Ready to work together?
Whether you’re evaluating AI tools, building a governance framework, or trying to rescue a deployment that didn’t land — let’s start with a conversation.
